Terms of Service

Effective 15 October 2026. The Indonesian version prevails if the two differ.

By signing up for or using sewamotorbali.org Tech Rental (the "Service") operated by siappergi.com ("we"), your business (the "Customer") agrees to these terms.

1. Account

• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of its data and for all activity in its account, including by users it adds.
• Keep passwords confidential; we recommend two-step sign-in.

2. Trial and subscription

• A free 14-day trial of Pro features, with no obligation to pay.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance monthly or yearly at the prices on the Pricing page. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice and never retroactively for a period already paid.
• If the subscription is not renewed, the account becomes read-only after a 3-day grace period. Data is not deleted and can still be downloaded.
• Confirmed payments are non-refundable, unless the Service could not be used because of our fault.

3. Prohibited use

• Breaking the law, including renting units for unlawful activities.
• Uploading personal data without a lawful basis under the UU PDP.
• Attempting to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Data

• Data belongs to the Customer. We process it only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The Customer is the controller of renter data and is responsible for obtaining consent or another lawful basis.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and back it up daily, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the Customer's business decisions.

7. Termination

The Customer may stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, except in urgent cases.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably first, and failing that, in the district court of the domicile of the operator of siappergi.com.
