Common questions.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Open it in the browser on your phone or laptop and add it to your home screen. Owner alerts come through the Telegram you already use.

How do I pay for the subscription?

Online (QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, card) or by manual transfer from the Subscription menu in the dashboard.

What happens if the subscription ends?

The account becomes read-only: data can still be viewed and downloaded, but not changed until you renew. Nothing is deleted.

Can staff delete the trail?

No. The change history cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, and its hash chain shows if the database is edited directly.

Does it work without signal?

Yes for field work: checklists, status changes, bookings, payments and expenses stay on the phone and are sent once online.

Many branches and vehicle types?

Yes. Cars, scooters and equipment in one account, with admins limited to their branch.
