Step 2: Fill in the booking form

The form asks for:

  1. Start date and rental length (2 days minimum).
  2. Your name and an active WhatsApp number. The confirmation comes here.
  3. Email. Used to create your account automatically, so your booking history and status are in My Account.
  4. Delivery area, for example Ngurah Rai Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Sanur, Lovina or Amed.
  5. Delivery address: hotel or villa name, or a full address.
  6. Notes (optional): number of helmets, raincoat, or preferred delivery time.

Step 3: Wait for the WhatsApp confirmation

An admin replies on WhatsApp (+62 818-0800-1102) with the available bike, delivery time and final price. Confirmation is done by a person, not automatically, so in high season (July–August and late December) book a few days ahead.

Important: siappergi.com never asks for a deposit. If an account or number asks you to transfer money in advance in siappergi.com's name, do not pay.

Step 4: Handover

When the scooter arrives, take five minutes:

  • Film a full walk-around video and photograph every scratch.
  • Test both brakes, the lights, the horn and the tyres.
  • Check that the original registration card (STNK) is under the seat and matches the plate.
  • Note the fuel level and check that both helmets are there.

The full routine is in riding a scooter in Bali for the first time.

Step 5: Pay on delivery

Once you are happy with the bike, pay in full by bank transfer or e-wallet. Keep the payment receipt and the WhatsApp chat as your record. If you do not have an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet, ask the admin about payment options before your rental starts.

Step 6: Extend or return

  • Extend: message the admin a day ahead. In high season the bike may already be booked by someone else.
  • Return: the scooter is collected at the agreed address. Return it with at least the same fuel level.
