Daily, weekly or monthly?
Take a Honda Scoopy Gen 2 as an example:
- 7 days at the daily rate: 7 × Rp75,000 = Rp525,000
- Weekly package: Rp395,000, about 25% less
- Monthly package: Rp910,000 for 30 days, roughly Rp30,300 a day
Rule of thumb: staying 5 days or more, ask for the weekly price. Three weeks or more, the monthly package usually wins. See monthly scooter rental in Bali.

Extra costs to budget for
| Extra | Price on siappergi.com |
|---|---|
| Phone holder | Rp15,000 |
| Sunglasses | Rp15,000 |
| Helmet headcap | Rp15,000 |
| Raincoat | Rp15,000–Rp25,000 |
| Scooter insurance | Quoted by the team |
Add-ons are paid once per booking, not per day. Fuel and parking are on you. Fuel up at Pertamina stations; roadside bottle petrol costs more.
Why are some Bali scooters so cheap?
You will see "Rp40,000 a day" signs. Before you jump, ask how old the bike is, whether the registration is valid, whether delivery costs extra, how big the deposit is and who pays for damage. Very cheap rentals often make it back with large deposits or "scratch" charges on return.
When prices go up
July–August and mid-December to early January are peak season. Book at least a week ahead if you want a specific model.
