How hotel delivery works
- Choose a bike in the scooter catalogue.
- Send the details: start date, number of days (minimum 2), delivery area and full address.

- The bike arrives: the courier shows you the registration paper, helmets and the bike's condition. You check and film it.
- Pay on delivery, by bank transfer or e-wallet. No deposit up front.
- At the end, the bike is collected from the agreed address.

Tips for smooth delivery
- Send a Google Maps pin, not just the villa name. Many villas in Canggu and Ubud share similar names or sit down narrow lanes.
- Arriving late? Ask your hotel if they can hold the bike at reception, and give the courier your name.
- Have your passport and licence ready. The courier will photograph them.
- Save the team's WhatsApp for extensions, flat tyres or a change of pick-up time.
Airport delivery: now or tomorrow?
The bike can be handed over at Ngurah Rai Airport. After a long-haul flight, though, especially at night with big suitcases, it's safer to take a taxi to your hotel and have the bike delivered the next morning. Traffic around the airport is heavy and you won't know the roads yet. Riding with a suitcase on a scooter is dangerous and attracts police attention.
Staying somewhere remote?
For villas in Sidemen, Munduk or the Tabanan hills, ask about delivery time and any extra fee up front. Choose a 125–160 cc bike if the road to your villa climbs, such as the Vario 160 (Rp130,000/day) or NMAX (Rp150,000/day).
